By accessing or ordering from Swamini you agree to these terms. Please read them before placing an order.

Products and pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
• Handloom and handcrafted items may vary slightly in colour, weave and finish from the photographs shown.
• We may correct pricing or availability errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Orders

An order is confirmed only once we accept it and send a confirmation. We may decline orders due to stock, delivery limitations or suspected fraud.

Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI and card payments where shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery may be unavailable for some pin codes or high-value orders.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout on a fixed or weight basis as configured by the store. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or regional delays.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account.

Intellectual property

All product photography, text, logos and design elements on this site belong to Swamini and may not be reused without written permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
